Schools are very complex and demanding, we tend to student needs but rarely remember our own. Our weekly yoga classes have been a huge success and I love hearing the staff chatting about yoga and Danica around the school. Danica is extremely approachable, calm and professional. She has a gentle nature and understood exactly what a tired bunch of school teachers needed every week! Danica is super patient with us and generally cares about our yoga journey. After a class with Danica, there is a noticeable calmness among the staff. The options provided to cater for the multiple abilities allow everyone to access Yoga at their own levels and feel safe in their practice. The breathing techniques help us take time out of our busy days to be mindful and focus on ourselves. We always look forward to beginning our day with a Yoga class.
